Our policies

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND WASTE MANAGEMENT POLICY

In our business, we strive to protect the environment, prevent pollution, and reduce our negative impact on the environment.
To achieve this:
• We comply with legal regulations and work to reduce our environmental impact.
• We carefully separate our waste based on its source, groups, and hazard classes.
• We understand that using hazardous substances and chemicals only when necessary and in the required amounts will both reduce negative environmental effects and decrease waste.
• We contribute to nature conservation by preferring materials with “recyclable” and “environmentally friendly” labels in the products we procure. We also strive to create opportunities for reuse.

ENERGY EFFICIENCY POLICY

To protect our world from potential hazards, we use our energy efficiently and set goals to reduce energy consumption.
For this purpose:
• We follow national and international standards, laws, and regulations to fulfill both our environmental responsibilities and legal obligations. We voluntarily undertake initiatives to reduce energy use and/or continuously improve our energy consumption performance, monitoring the results of our efforts.
• We set goals and incorporate energy efficiency into our training programs to ensure the participation of our employees.
• We value collaboration with all stakeholders to create common goals and results in energy management. We strive to maintain interaction with our guests, employees, visitors, and all business partners to achieve a collective awareness and level of consciousness regarding these issues.

WOMEN’S RIGHTS AND GENDER EQUALITY POLICY

We emphasize gender equality in our business.
• We ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all our employees regardless of gender.
• We support the participation of women in the workforce across all departments, providing equal opportunities.
• We adhere to the “equal pay for equal work” policy without gender discrimination.
• We distribute responsibilities in accordance with the principle of equality.
• We create an environment conducive to equal utilization of career opportunities.
• We formulate education policies and support the participation of women to increase awareness.

SUSTAINABLE PROCUREMENT POLICY

• In line with a sustainable supply approach, our suppliers/partners should:
• Have Quality Assurance Management Systems, Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, and internationally recognized environmental and sustainability ethics/certifications.
• Ensure that their production and supply have no harmful effects on the environment and comply with environmental regulations.
• Use resources in a manner that does not harm natural life and ecosystems, in compliance with fishing bans.
• Work to minimize and properly manage their waste, offering alternatives such as reduced packaging or bulk packaging in product packaging.
• Pay attention to providing environmentally friendly, economical, local, ethically valued, recyclable or recycled materials, organic, bio, vegan, not tested on animals, and free of harmful chemical components.

As per our policies, we prioritize human rights and treat every individual with equal respect. We collaborate with local producers to support the local economy.
